The Talent Taskforce consists of heads of Digital and HR from companies across the online world.
It is a new initiative launched to combat the skills shortage within the online industry, the aim is to come up with initiatives which the IAB can implement in the industry for the future by helping our members find cheap and cost-effective ways of promoting both professional and personal growth. Training budgets are being slashed as companies look to preserve their profits, but it remains essential for the digital industry to continue the development of employees’ skillsets, as the medium – and consumers - become even more technologically advanced.
We hope to provide guides on how to get on in the online industry, how to climb the careers ladder as well as expand the IAB’s offering on our website of training and careers.
