Advertiser Criteria

Manufacturers and service companies with UK operations and a turnover of more than £50million who advertise. Companies that derive signficant online advertising on one or more of their sites do not qualify for discounted places. If a company is an internet support service eg: software developer or technology provider then they also do not qualify for discounted places

Payment

Payment must be received 3 days before the course commences. A place cannot be confirmed until payment is received.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made 7 days before the course commences and may be made by email, fax or post. No cancellations will be accepted after this date and the full cost of the course will still stand but substitutions of delegates may always be made with no additional charge.

In the event of unforeseeable circumstances forcing the organiser to cancel this event, all training course fees will be returned but no additional expenses incurred.
