We took a look UKOM - the UK Online Measurement Company - and discovered how this system allows advertisers and agencies to plan online campaigns that target specific audiences, using an industry-approved system just as they do with TV (BARB), radio (RAJAR) and print media (NRS). We will also looked at the IAB social media measurement framework - the first system put in place to help advertisers and agencies measure the success or failings of their social media campaigns, which until now has been an almost impossible task! Last, but by no means least, we examined mobile measurement and key research and case studies.
