The consumer view of the benefits of shopping online are revealed in this video from Vox Pops International.
The online shopping boom shows little sign of abating. Recent IMRG figures predict that £42 billion will be spent online by UK shoppers in 2007, 860 million parcels will be shipped to the UK's 26 million internet shoppers and online shoppers will each spend £1,600 on average.
The IAB have written at length about the benefits of online shopping, but what do consumers - the people who really matter, think about e-retail?
