Twitter has revealed that EE's 4G launch campaign used the social network best in the last 12 months, beating off Starbucks and Puma.
The top ten list was compiled based upon a combination of total engagements, reach and impressions.
Mobile phone operator EE managed to use the platform with success, particularly through promoted trends and tweets, as well as interest and location-based targeting during October.
Twitter was also integrated across the rest of its marketing campaign, with hashtags and @ handles featured in other media.
Starbucks came in second with its #FreeStarbucks campaign in March, when it gave away lattes to customers. Puma was in third with its Olympics push, which asked followers to send photos of themselves impersonating Usain Bolt's trademark pose.
Other brands in the list include EA Sports, Fifa, LionsGate and Coca-Cola.
