The AMV BBDO project management teams were managing more digital projects, but their experience was mostly in TV and print. There was a training need for them to better understand the processes specific to delivering a digital project so they could gain the confidence and skill set to deliver integrated projects more efficiently.
We ran two one day project management sessions that took the delegates through each stage of a digital project. We used AMV BBDO specific processes and documents to exemplify the process and explored tools to help delegates learn how to run a digital or integrated project more efficiently and effectively.
What they said:
“We had to make sure that the course was entirely suited to our Project Management department and the specific skills they need to work within our own digital production processes. We were able to work with the team to design and construct a bespoke day long session that took small groups of project managers through the intricacies of a digital project – from tools that help control timings, costs and creative expectation to the ‘softer’ skills needed to work in different ways to more traditional projects. The trainer used case studies from the integrated projects AMV BBDO have produced and learning from those within the context of digital project management made the course relevant and effective. Even having the chance to talk in a safe environment about the issues that project managers come across proved invaluable.” Hannah Pater, Learning and Development Manager.
