Submissions to the awards will open on 1 August 2016.
In early 2003, a group of creative agencies led by glue London, Profero and Wheel approached the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) about launching a new award to celebrate the UK's best digital creative work. The Creative Showcase came to life in Spring 2003 and since then has celebrated cutting edge creativity and innovation in digital advertising in the UK.
In 2015 we changed our monthly awards to a yearly award, with a whole new set of award categories. Award categories for 2016 will be:
- Best Creative Idea
- Best Integrated Campaign
- Most Buzz-worthy Content
- Most Creative for a Cause
- Most Made for Mobile
- Most Creative use of an Emerging Technology
- Agency of the Year
- Best Digital Video Creative
- Most Creative use of Data
The UK produces world-class online creative and Creative Showcase looks to share the best work with a wide audience. The award’s main focus is digital creativity, so anything goes! No matter what the scale or results of the campaign, we want to showcase it. We want to see everything from a small mobile video creative to a fully blown integrated campaign.
