Ideally located in Covent Garden, the IAB offers the perfect venue for your event however big or small. We offer a range of options and can manage your event from small meetings to seminars, workshops to off-sites and networking evenings to product launches.

We offer competitive rates for our valued IAB members as well as the expertise of our dedicated events team to manage your event from start to finish.

Reception space

With its white walls, floor to ceiling glass wall and white painted, wooden floorboards this space is a fantastic reception room for informal networking events and provides the ultimate blank canvas for you to transform it into the perfect setting for your event.

• This large white space accommodates between 50 and 120 people reception style.

Seminar space

This room is perfect for small conferences, forums, large meetings, seminars, workshops, off-sites or networking events. The white wooden floorboards, large screening wall and various lighting options complete with a full PA and AV system provides a great white space for you to play with and dress to fit your event.

• Reception style: maximum capacity of 80
• Reception white space and seminar space together maximum capacity of 200
• Theatre style: maximum capacity of 90
• Boardroom: maximum capacity of 35
• Group desks: maximum capacity of 10 per table

Large meeting space

This room seats 18 people comfortably with a screening wall for presentations. It can also be used as a small breakout room or small seminar room theatre style.

• Boardroom: maximum capacity of 22
• Theatre style: maximum capacity of 40
• U shape: maximum capacity of 30

Small meeting space

This cosy space can accommodate 6 people comfortably around a modern glass table. Perfect for small meetings or interviews. The large meeting room and seminar room can also be set up for catered lunches or dinners either informal buffet style or fully-served.
